University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Student Assistant for Campus Life. This part-time, Federal Work-Study funded position supports Campus Life, Campus Engagement, and Student Advocacy to serve students and visitors on main campus.
Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating mail, guiding visitors, and assisting with events. Open to UIW students with FWSP approval; training provided as needed.

The Student Assistant for Campus Life works in conjunction with all Campus Life offices and is aware of all services provided by Campus Life, Campus Engagement, and Student Advocacy offices to better serve students and visitors. The Office of Campus Life is a high traffic, high volume, high call area and assistance within all departments is shared to provide a customer-friendly environment to all students and visitors to the Office of Campus Life. The Campus Life Office Assistant reports to Secretary/Office Coordinator. This position is funded by the Federal Work-Study program and is open to UIW students who are approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study Program.
