Job summary

Lancaster Campus in Knoxville is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to support daily property operations, assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations. You will help maintain high occupancy and deliver outstanding customer service to students and applicants.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor degree is not required; previous leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws relating to leasing.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing to ensure full occupancy and renewals.
• Process rental applications and present to GM for approval.
• Manage licenses and renewal process with legal and city.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports.
• Support advertising/marketing and resident retention programs.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and vendors.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and typing.
