Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to assist with the day-to-day operations of our property in Atlanta, Georgia. The role includes managing leasing processes, handling resident concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and math ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Investigate and respond to concerns/complaints from residents.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to communicate effectively

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
