Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to be at the forefront of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and helping achieve maximum occupancy. You will conduct tours, follow up with leads, and support on- and off-campus marketing events.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will manage time effectively, maintain detailed resident accounts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while contributing to a positive leasing experience for

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations, etc.) preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be reliable and have self-discipline.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand housing contracts and communicate terms to residents and guarantors.
• Generate leads, schedule tours, follow up, promote the community via social media, and assist with email/text campaigns.
• Perform opening/closing checklists and housekeeping as needed.
• Attend Landmark LineUp and required staff meetings.
• Respond to internet and telephone inquiries promptly.
• Keep detailed activity logs in prospective resident accounts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Participate in move-in activities including inspections and make-readies.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Assist Operations Team with Move-in Day.
