Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing Ambassador in Tampa, FL to drive occupancy through exceptional leasing and marketing support. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, coordinate tours, respond to inquiries, and assist in campus and off-campus marketing events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.
• Available to work ~15 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and all addendums; clearly communicate information to prospective residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, follow up on leads, promote the community via social media, and run email/text campaigns.
• Perform daily opening and closing checklists, conduct model and tour route inspections, and assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Attend Landmark LineUp meetings and respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed activity logs in prospective resident accounts; adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Participate in move-in-related activities including unit inspections and make-readies (cleaning, painting, furniture placement).
• Assist Operations Team with Move-in Day as needed.
