Job summary

Washington State University seeks a Student Leadership and Connection Advisor to guide clubs, the Student Activities Board, and the ASWSUV Election Board. The role includes developing leadership, overseeing budgets, and implementing policies across student organizations.

You will plan large-scale programs, support student life, and participate in campus committees, with supervision opportunities and compliance oversight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional work experience in student services.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional work experience.
• Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Advising, mentoring and leadership development of clubs, the Student Activities Board and the ASWSUV Election Board.
• Provide individual and organization leadership development and oversight of student organization and event budgets.
• Plan and implement large-scale programs and represent OSI on campus-wide committees.
