Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 1+ year of related experience, or 3+ years total education/experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and printer components.
• Familiarity with security patching processes to keep systems updated.
• Understanding of lab configurations for academic/open labs.
• Knowledge of IT service management and SLA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lab Preparation: Prepare labs at the beginning of each semester for faculty and students.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Service computers and printers; keep systems up to date with security patches.
• Problem Resolution: Address issues from EUTS implementations promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Service Level Agreement SLA Management: Maintain and update SLAs for faculty/staff expectations.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies and software to improve user experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
