Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Roosevelt University. You will prepare high-quality meals, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to a vibrant dining program.

You will work with a motivated team, focus on scratch cooking, portion control, and presentation, and help deliver great student experiences day in and day out.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
