Chestnut Hill College is seeking a dedicated PC/Network Technician to support a campus-wide IT environment. You will perform hands-on maintenance, staging, installations, upgrades, and repairs of PCs and network systems, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to ensure reliable technology services.

The role requires a minimum of two years in IT or education or related experience, with A+ and/or MS certifications preferred.

Competenze

• Two years in education or experience in related IT field.
• A+ and/or MS certification(s) required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Install, troubleshoot, replace and repair desktop computer systems and peripherals.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Install, configure, and update hardware drivers, applications and utilities.
• Configure Windows 10/11, and Server Active Directory.
• Maintain helpdesk communications and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Assist students in labs as needed.
• Maintain records of issues and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and external support.
