Job summary

Leona Group's Schools Support Office is seeking an IT Help Desk/Desktop Support specialist to sustain desktop environments, manage inventory, and provide end-user assistance across 28 campuses in Arizona.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of help desk experience, a valid AZ driver’s license for campus travel, and familiarity with Active Directory, Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, and G Suite Admin. On-site roles across campuses are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• AZ Driver’s License with a driving record that meets Leona’s insurance carrier requirements; regular in-state travel is required.
• Frequent sitting and standing are required and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT help desk support and resolve end-user issues.
• Monitor, manage and communicate with end-users, prioritizing tickets.
• Install, test, configure, and upgrade workstations and software.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses.
• Assist with onboarding of new users and training where required.
• Document procedures and changes in the knowledge base.
