• Assist system users and respond to questions and concerns.

• Install and maintain district file servers, domain controllers, SQL servers, and web/Exchange servers.
• Maintain Active Directory and backup processes.
• Configure peripherals, printers, and network devices.
• Develop deployment strategies for hardware, image and application rollouts.
• Monitor server status and troubleshoot hardware/software issues as needed.
• Travel or work outside normal hours as required.
