Responsibilities include assisting faculty, staff and students, and supporting Mac and Windows workstations with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting and installations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting faculty, staff, and students.
• Proficient with installing and configuring operating systems and software.
• Familiarity with IT security standards and best practices.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Support desktops, laptops, Macs, and Windows machines.
• Deliver computer, client, and network support for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
