San Diego State University seeks a Technology Support Specialist II to deliver hands-on IT support across SDSU Imperial Valley campuses, Calexico and Brawley. You will assist faculty and staff with computers, software, classrooms, labs, and AV equipment, troubleshoot issues, and deploy devices.

The role is onsite at SDSU Imperial Valley campuses with a schedule across Calexico and Brawley. A bachelor’s degree and experience in Windows/Mac environments are preferred, with bilingual

Qualificações

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Three years of professional experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience providing technical support to users with varying levels of technology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, OS, peripherals, and other technology.
• Support technology in offices, classrooms, labs, and campus environments.
• Assist with deployments, equipment moves, upgrades, and standardized configurations.
