The University of Louisiana at Monroe seeks a Tech Support Supervisor to oversee campus computer systems and supervise Lab Coordinator and A/V Classroom Coordinator. This Tier 2 role drives technology deployment and software imaging for Mac and PC across campus.

You will coordinate purchases, quote processes with Dell and Apple, and ensure equipment meets academic needs while planning updates and enforcing PC management policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of real-world field experience in technical based background.
• Must have working TCP/IP knowledge.
• Experience in Microsoft products – Windows 11, Windows Server, MS Office; lab imaging software; Apple OS platform knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and remote management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of support and operation of campus computer systems and supervise Lab Coordinator and A/V Classroom Coordinator.
• Manage technology deployment and coordination of new computer, printer, and mobile device purchases.
• Create, maintain and deploy software images for Mac and PC campus-wide and lab systems.
• Coordinate with faculty/staff to acquire quotes for PC and printer purchases from Dell and Apple.
• Maintain contact with academic departments to meet computer-based needs and plan updates.
