Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support experience in Microsoft and Apple environments.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, desktop encryption, and remote systems management tools.
• Proficiency deploying software images and managing Active Directory.
• On-call rotation for network and server support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain LAN infrastructure and network services.
• Install, upgrade, and support Windows and Apple OS.
• Administer Active Directory and use system management tools like SCCM.
• Design and maintain software images for labs.
• Provide support and training for instructional technology like Smartboards and Cisco Telepresence.
• Hire, recruit, and manage student support staff.
• Prepare quotes for hardware and software purchases.
• Participate in on-call rotation for network and server support.
