Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technology support for faculty, staff and students via phone, email and in person.
• Collaborate with second-line support to resolve escalated issues.
• Share knowledge with other computer support specialists and document solutions.
• Support university-supported software, printers, wireless and remote learning tools.
