Experience providing technical support across Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, printers, and related tech.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive and professional technical support to the campus community.
Interact with faculty, staff, and students via in-person, email, phone, and remote tools to resolve issues.
Deliver timely, courteous customer service with a focus on user experience.
Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify solutions and resolve issues efficiently.
Lead computer deployments and hardware lifecycle tasks on an annual cycle.
