Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field.
- Two or more years of experience in computer information systems.
Responsibilities
- Supports academic programs and College activities by installing computer systems and related equipment in classrooms, labs and offices.
- Maintains and documenting microcomputer and network components, including hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Maintains the 'thin OS' devices and appliances that support the virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Configures and manages desktop images for deployment to lab and end user computers.
- Assists in maintaining classroom instructional technology and preventive maintenance programs.
