New York University is seeking an IT Administrator to deliver integrated information and media technology solutions across the College of Arts & Science, supporting classrooms, labs, and offices. You will consult with faculty and staff to identify needs, deploy solutions, and oversee desktop support and tutoring technology.

You will oversee AV for CAS events, supervise student technicians, and manage secure printing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system performance issues.
• Experience overseeing network infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned applications (ServiceNow).
• Experience configuring Zoom Rooms and remote collaboration setups.
• Experience deploying and supporting secured printing environments (Pharos).
• Knowledge of Apple iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, and peripherals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide integrated information and media technology solutions for classrooms, labs, and offices across CAS.
• Consult with faculty and staff to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Develop OS registries and modify applications to enhance productivity.
• Oversee desktop support for CAS units including tutoring tech and student staff.
• Supervise student technical support workers.
• Manage AV needs for CAS events.
