Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Windows and Mac in campus environments.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Exchange/M365.
• Strong customer service and written/spoken communication skills.
• Experience with desktop imaging tools (SCCM/WinPE preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on IT support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot a mixed PC and Mac environment.
• Support user accounts within Windows AD, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
• Assist AV setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events.
• Document troubleshooting steps and ensure issues are resolved.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
