Qualifications

• Operate and troubleshoot A/V control systems (Extron/Crestron).
• Support projectors, displays, and presentation systems.
• Provide front-line computer and device support across classrooms and campus events.
• Assist with basic network and signal distribution tasks.
• Deliver professional user support to faculty, staff, and students and track service desk tickets.
