Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years of professional University Housing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in a lead role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite (Excel/Sheets).
• Experience with student contact, database integrity, and systems planning.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all occupancy management for first-year, transfer, returning and summer housing.
• Coordinate initial placements, waitlist, and room changes; schedule turnovers.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Summer Conferencing, Residence Life, Athletics, Disability Resource Center, ISS, and others to assign and advise special groups.
