Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Oregon Landlord-Tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the community team.
• Oversee leasing operations and related accounting.
