Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced grill cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team at College of Lake County. You will prepare and present high-quality meals, control portions, and maintain food safety standards in a collaborative campus dining environment.

The role emphasizes scratch cooking, food safety, and delivering great student dining experiences, with Onsite scheduling and room for growth within the Elior network.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
