Elior Collegiate Dining at Wheeling University is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen. You will prepare and plate meals, ensure quality and portion control, and contribute to creative presentations while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of proper techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking setting.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience required.
