Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook for our Wheeling University location to join a fast-paced kitchen team in a campus dining program. You will be responsible for quality meal preparation, portion control, and creative presentation while upholding safety standards in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of kitchen methods, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience required.
