Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a computer-related discipline is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC hardware/software support.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware/software and basic network issues.
• Assist users with campus computing resources including VDI.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot hardware/software and peripherals on-site and remotely.
• Schedule events needing Media/IT support and provide AV hardware.
• Maintain call logs, document solutions, and KB in ServiceNow.
• Use advanced tools to support remote locations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and quality customer care.
