Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in law enforcement, security, or dispatching is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answers emergency lines, business lines, and multiple college operator lines.
• Collects information from diverse callers and walk-ins and disseminates to the appropriate entities.
• Uses CJIS/IMC systems to respond to information requests from on-duty officers.
• Monitors campus alarms and cameras and activates mass notification system as directed.
• Provides emergency instructions and after-hours support to the community.
• Records details in the CAD (IMC) database, maintaining confidentiality and security.
