• Respond to radio/telephone inquiries from public safety personnel and the public.
• Distribute dispatch information to Police Officers and Security Guards.
• Assist Dispatch Operations Manager with updating and maintaining dispatch records.
• Monitor fire and energy management systems for alarms and issues.
• Support 24/7/365 operations and rotating shifts across day/evening/midnight.
