Job summary

Elevated Education is seeking a Campus Director to take ownership of the Guadalupe Dropout Recovery Learning Center—its students, staff, operations, and results. You will supervise teachers and mentors, ensure a compliant learning environment, support academic progress, and lead enrollment growth through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, coaching, and holding staff accountable in education or youth programs.
• Ability to connect with students who have disengaged from school and set expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation and audits.
• Knowledge of Guadalupe/community engagement and partnerships.
• Proficient in communicating with students and adults; able to handle difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate learning center staff; set clear expectations.
• Manage staff schedules, coverage, and mentor assignments; participate in hiring.
• Build relationships with students; monitor progress; ensure mentoring aligns with goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations; coordinate with Boys & Girls Club; ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona dropout recovery requirements and district guidance.
• Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and partnerships.
