Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching certificate or school administrator certificate (preferred).
• 4+ years of successful teaching experience.
• Premier Academic System experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Assists with supervision of employees as directed in accordance with policies and laws.
• Interviews, assists in hiring, and training employees.
• Assists in planning, assigning and directing work.
• Assists in appraising staff performance and addressing issues.
• Advocates and sustains a positive school culture and instructional program.
• Ensures safe, efficient learning environments and resource management.
• Collaborates with faculty and community members to meet diverse needs.
• Responds to policy, student data, and requires appropriate directives.
