Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks a Campus Director to lead a team of teachers and support staff, ensuring an innovative, personalized learning experience while adhering to local and federal guidelines and the Premier High School Academic Model.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, staff supervision, and the ability to engage with district staff, parents, and the community to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required (Four-year degree)
• 3+ years in an educational environment; alternative education a plus
• 3+ years with administrative leadership, stakeholders, or education personnel
• 3+ years supervising staff
• 3+ years managing budgets
• Strong knowledge of federal and state education laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all campus employees in accordance with policies and laws.
• Plan marketing activities to increase enrollment and ADA.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Monitor implementation of the Premier High School model.
• Maintain campus budget and ensure fiscal compliance.
• Respond to district requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate staff performance and address issues per policy.
• Mentor teachers and plan professional development.
