Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree from a college or university.
• 3+ years in educational leadership, school improvement, or related responsibilities.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state education laws.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise campus employees according to policies and laws.
• Plan strategies to market the school and increase enrollment.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Monitor implementation of the Premier High School model.
• Maintain campus budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Respond to district requests promptly.
• Mentor staff and address disciplinary issues per policies.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and community on educational programs.
• Lead marketing events to promote enrollment and build partnerships.
