Acceleration Academies is recruiting a Student Advocate to build meaningful relationships with students pursuing their high school diploma through our dropout recovery programs. This onsite role focuses on mentorship, both academic and non-academic support, and helping students stay engaged with their studies.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in education or youth mentoring, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping disengaged students succeed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in educational support, case management, or working with at-risk youth.
• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience in education or youth mentorship will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment.
• Provide support during student orientation.
• Act as a case manager for attendance and retention.
• Deliver one-on-one academic support and interventions.
• Collaborate with student support teams to track learning pathways and engagement.
