Job summary

Elevated Education seeks a Campus Director to lead the Guadalupe Dropout Recovery Learning Center inside the Boys & Girls Club. You will supervise teachers and mentors, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive student engagement and progress both in person and virtually.

This hands-on role requires building community partnerships, expanding enrollment, coaching staff, auditing records, and maintaining a safe, well-run campus that supports students toward graduation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in education or youth development.
• Strong relationships with students and families; able to connect with disengaged students.
• Operational and compliance discipline for documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate the learning-center staff.
• Mentor students and track academic progress with regular contact.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and facility management.
• Ensure campus compliance, documentation, and periodic internal audits.
• Drive student retention and meaningful engagement to support graduation.
• Develop local outreach to grow enrollment and community partnerships.
