Qualifications

• Experience in higher education dining operations.
• Experience managing residential, retail, and catering services on campus.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, campus leadership, students and staff.
• Proven leadership in hospitality or food service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
• Foster engagement, learning, growth, and recognition across teams.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, financials, and client expectations to drive results.
• Collaborate with campus partners to integrate dining into the student experience.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and health regulations.
• Partner with culinary teams to develop menus aligning with client needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction across all dining operations.
