Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College. This role requires relocation to the Kenosha, WI area and oversight of the dining program, ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, guest experience, and strong team engagement.

The ideal candidate has higher education dining experience, manages residential, retail, and catering operations, and drives continuous improvement while partnering with campus

Qualifications

• Experience leading higher-education dining programs on campus.
• Proven ability to manage residential, retail, and catering operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Excellent client and campus stakeholder relationship skills.
• Food safety knowledge including HACCP principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a diverse team of managers and frontline associates.
• Oversee financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus meeting client expectations.
• Foster relationships with college administration, faculty, students, and guests.
• Ensure exceptional hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
