Bon Appetit is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College, overseeing all aspects of the dining program, including residential and retail dining, catering, and student engagement.

You will manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and build strong partnerships with campus leadership, faculty, students, and guests to deliver outstanding guest experiences and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education dining programs.
• Ability to manage residential, retail and catering dining.
• Proven leadership and mentorship of teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus dining operations with focus on service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus and standards.
