The role requires relocation to Kenosha, WI, with responsibility for Carthage College dining services.

The ideal candidate has direct higher education dining experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing residential, retail, and catering

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education dining environments is required.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
• Oversee dining program operations with emphasis on guest experience, cost control, and campus partnerships.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting to align with client expectations.
• Partner with culinary teams to develop menus meeting client expectations and trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards.
