Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI (relocation required). You will oversee dining programs, ensure operational excellence, financial stewardship, and exceptional guest experiences across residential, retail, and catering services.

The role requires direct higher education dining experience, strong leadership and collaboration with campus partners to support student life and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in higher education dining environments.
• Experience managing complex campus dining programs including residential/retail/catering.
• Strong financial administration including budgets, forecasts, P&L, cost controls.
