Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a higher education dining environment.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and P&L experience.
• Experience managing complex campus dining programs (residential, retail, catering).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
• Oversee dining program operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and labor to meet client expectations.
