Bon Appetit is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College, with relocation to the Kenosha, WI area. You will oversee all dining program aspects, ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings higher education dining experience, residential and retail dining, catering, student engagement, and partnership with campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading campus dining operations, including residential and retail dining.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and client expectations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
• Ensure dining operations meet hospitality standards and client expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and campus partnerships.
• Implement training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
