Job summary

Bon Appétit is seeking an experienced and collaborative General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College. You will oversee all aspects of the dining program, ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, outstanding guest experiences, and strong team engagement.

The ideal candidate brings direct higher education dining experience and understands residential, retail, catering, student engagement, and campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading higher education dining programs.
• Proven ability to manage residential, retail, and catering services.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L experience.
• Experience building client and campus stakeholder relationships.
• HACCP knowledge and food safety compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and staff.
• Ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction across dining programs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
