Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking a General Manager to lead campus dining operations at Carthage College. The role requires relocating to the Kenosha, WI area and overseeing all dining program aspects, including residential, retail, and catering.

The ideal candidate has higher education dining experience, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, staff development, and campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining programs in higher education settings.
• Strong budgets, forecasting, P&L, food/labor cost, inventory controls.
• Ability to build relationships with campus leadership, students, and clients.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining operations team across campus.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to align services with student needs.
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
