Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Lake Superior State University. You will prepare high-quality meals with an emphasis on scratch cooking, maintain portion control, and contribute to a motivated kitchen team.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, knowledge of safe food handling, and the ability to multitask while delivering consistent, delicious results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
