Elior Collegiate Dining is looking for an experienced cook to join a energetic kitchen team. You will prepare quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with attention to portion control and presentation.

You will follow recipes, practice safe food handling, and work with the team to deliver consistently delicious meals while supporting growth within the organization. Experience with scratch cooking and a passion for culinary creativity is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
