Elior Collegiate Dining seeks an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. You will prepare meals, control portions, and maintain a clean, efficient work area to deliver high-quality food for students and staff.

We value attention to detail, multitasking, and strong customer service as you follow recipes and safety policies in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
