Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our Bowie, MD campus kitchen. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on scratch cooking and quality meals for students.

You should have at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of safe food handling, and strong attention to detail. This part-time onsite role offers opportunities for growth within a national campus dining program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
