Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our Frostburg, MD kitchen. Work with a motivated team in a fast-paced collegiate dining environment, preparing meals from scratch and presenting dishes creatively.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience, strong attention to detail, and customer service skills. This full-time onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and a starting wage of $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and identify/differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
