Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Kentucky Wesleyan College. You will work with a motivated team to prepare and plate high-quality meals, maintain portion control, and support a clean, organized kitchen.

Requirements include at least one year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and excellent attention to detail. Onsite/full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
